TEN78 is a mobile reference app for Ontario enforcement officers. It provides fast access to HTA charges, regulations, provincial acts, and tools like speed calculators and traffic stop tracking.
TEN78 is free during the beta period. A subscription model may be introduced in the future.
Yes. Once you sync legislation data, everything is stored locally on your device. You can search charges, use the speed calculator, and access all features without an internet connection.
Legislation data is sourced from official Ontario government publications. We update the data source when legislative changes take effect. You can re-sync from the app's Settings at any time to get the latest version.
Absolutely. TEN78 stores all data locally on your device. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
TEN78 currently supports iPhone running iOS 17 or later. A web version is planned for the future.
TEN78 currently covers Ontario legislation only. We may expand to other provinces in the future.
